Jensen helped me a lot with a my unstable shoulder rotator cuff which slips forward out of place and causes pain. He got the shoulder muscles looser over 2 sessions to help it and it’s a lot better. I still need a  bit more work to help the muscles relax so it will go back into place but I had to fly home.  But I’m on the right track and know what’s wrong and how it can be fixed. While I was on holiday in Penang in 2013, I experienced a terrible neck ache that required treatment from Sensei / Chiro-Physician Jensen H’ng. I make sure to visit Osto Chiro Bone Care every time I’m in Penang. It’s honestly become part of my routine, especially with how much I train Brazilian Jiu Jitsu.

What I really like is that he actually understands athletes and how injuries happen in real training, not just general back pain stuff. He knows the kind of strain combat sports puts on your body, especially the neck, shoulders, lower back, and joints.

I’ve gone in with all sorts of issues, from tight shoulders, sore neck from rolling, lower back pain to general joint stiffness, and every time he’s been able to sort it out properly. The treatment feels targeted and not just a generic adjustment.

You can tell he gets it, and that makes a big difference. Always feel better after a session.

Husband and I arrived in Penang in Dec to retire and by Jan, because of trying to walk through a wall instead of around it, (banged my shoulder) it was enough for me to put my back out.
Found Jensen, Osto Chiro Bone Care, on the website reviews were great so 3 appointments later with Jensen and a week of resting and I was great to go again.

I have been travelling through Malaysia and really needed to see a chiropractor to help with my hip and neck pain exacerbated by hours in the car, etc. The doctor fit me in at the last minute and gave me a fabulous session with muscle massage and bone adjustment. We were visiting my sister in Penang and Jensen not only helped to relieve the pain in my back, but also thought me how to massage my wife to help with her posture, which requires special care during pregnancy.
